User Confidentiality Agreement

Internet access is confidential and proprietary and is being furnished solely for current clients, prospective investors, and their advisors on a confidential basis in order to provide client information, firm information, or information on prospective investments in private offerings of unregistered securities. Each individual, by using the User ID and Password provided, agrees to not distribute or disseminate the User ID and Password or any documents or information made available through its use, in whole or in part, or disclose its contents of such information without the prior written consent of FOFM, LLC, other than pursuant to confidential communications by the client or prospective investor to their employees, legal, taxation, financial, and other advisors solely in connection with obtaining the advice of any such person with respect to the information provided; and such information recipients shall be notified by the client or prospective investor of such confidentiality obligations.
