Melissa has over 26 years of experience in legal and administrative capacities. She currently serves as the Executive Assistant to Todd Lensman and as a Client Services Coordinator with FOFM, LLC. In addition, she is also a Paralegal for Lensman & Associates and concentrates her activities in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, probate, oil & gas, and real estate transactions. Melissa also serves as the Leader of our Marketing Team and has attended numerous continuing legal, administration, and information systems training courses.

Prior to joining FOFM, Melissa served in the United States Army, with Advanced Individual Training as a Legal Clerk, where she graduated with honors. During her time in the Army, she served as a Legal Clerk with the Staff Judge Advocate’s office both in New Jersey and in Germany. Melissa has also served as a Legal Assistant and Client Relations Coordinator for a large law firm in Ohio. In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Brown has extensive experience organizing seminars and events, serving as media liaison, designing various publications, providing project management, coordinating travel arrangements, and other marketing and administrative functions.
